    1. OVO Christmas Club Promotional Period runs from 1st December 2017 at 00:01 CET to 25th December 2017 at 23:59 CET.
    2. All time formats in these Terms and Conditions are CET (Central European Time) and are written using the 24-hour clock system.
    3. To participate in this Promotion, players must have a registered OVO Casino account and be over 18 years of age.
    4. Should a player account become self-excluded or closed during the Promotional Period, the relevant player will be excluded from any further participation in the Promotion.
    5. These Terms and Conditions are additional to the General Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions of OVOCasino.com.

Daily Offers

    1. In the event of a dispute, all decisions taken by OVO Casino will be deemed final.
    2. For the duration of the OVO Christmas Club Promotional Period, there shall be a Daily Offer every day consisting in either a (Deposit or No Deposit) Bonus or Free Spins.
    3. Daily Offers may only be claimed once per day per player on the relevant day, and are available from 00:01 CET to 23:59 CET on the respective dates.
    4. Daily Offers can be claimed on any device: desktop, tablet and mobile.
    5. In order to be eligible to claim any of the Daily Offers of this Promotion, players must click the ‘claim’ or ‘deposit’ button on the Daily Gift Box.

Giveaway Prizes

    1. During the OVO Christmas Club Promotional Period three players will be chosen every Sunday (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th December) based on the volume of their real money stakes from the past week. Only real money played will count towards winning the Sunday Giveaway Prizes.
    2. Prize winners will be notified on the Tuesday following their selection (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th December) via phone on their registered phone number. Should there be no reply then there will be a follow up email on their registered email address. Winners must confirm the address where the gift item should be sent within seven (7) days of receipt of the relevant phone call or email.
    3. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or has not responded within seven (7) days of being contacted, then OVO Casino has the right to decide that the winner is not eligible and can choose another winner.
    4. Prizes will be sent as soon as all relevant information has been gathered, however due to the festive period we cannot guarantee a delivery date. All reasonable efforts will be made for Prizes to be dispatched by local merchants to ensure faster delivery. All reasonable efforts will be made for Prizes to be delivered by not later than 31st January 2018.
    5. OVO Casino cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or failed delivery attempts made to the address provided by the winner.
    6. In the case that the winner does not wish to receive the Prize, then a cash alternative of 70% the value of the Prize (as determined by OVO Casino in its sole reasonable discretion) can be credited directly into the winners registered OVO Casino account within 48 hours of request by the player.
    7. In the event that a Prize becomes unavailable, OVO Casino will offer the winner a Prize of equal value or a cash alternative of 70% of the value of the Prize (as determined by OVO Casino in its sole reasonable discretion) credited directly into the winners registered OVO Casino account within 48 hours of request.
    8. Any imagery used to promote the Prizes is only for display purposes and does not reflect the final Prize awarded.
