Royal Crown Blackjack
If you like your gambling action at the card table instead of the slot machines, Novoline’s Royal Crown Blackjack is the game for you. The interface is similar to a real blackjack table, with cards dealt to you and the dealer, or in this case, the game. Your goal is to beat the dealer’s hand and/or get 21 without going over. You can play up to three hands at once, with different wager amounts on each. If you beat the dealer’s hand, you receive a payout. Royal Crown Blackjack has a return to player rate of up to 99.6 percent, so there’s plenty of action to hold your attention.
Blackjack is a simple game to learn and to play, and you can access the rules any time with the “Info” button. At the main screen, place your bet and select the number of hands you want to play, one, two or three. More hands give you more chances to win. Hit the “Deal” button to get your cards, then choose whether you want another card dealt to you or not. Hit means you want another card; standing means you don’t.
There are no special features of this game, but here’s a refresher on how the game works: To reach 21 points, you add the numerical value of your cards. If you have an ace and a face card, that’s called blackjack, or 21, and is an instant winner. If you and the dealer both have blackjack, the dealer wins. Ties are also counted in the dealer’s favor. Aces can be counted as 11 points or just one point, whichever fits your hand better. For example, if you have an ace and a 3 in your hand, you would likely consider that to be 14 and ask for another card. If you are dealt an 8, you would then be over 21 and that hand is lost. Or, you can switch the value of the ace to just one point and then have 21.
